Crash in Schwarzenberg: Car lands in stream

Schwarzenberg- Severe crash in Ore Mountains on Tuesday night!

Shortly after midnight, the fire brigades from Breitenbrunn, Antonshöhe and Schwarzenberg were called to the connecting road between Schwarzenberg and Jägerhaus.

For reasons that are still unclear, a Mercedes driver coming from the direction of Schwarzenberg drove off the road. The car crashed into a barrier, broke through a guardrail and ended up in the Halsbach.

The accident site was illuminated by the fire department and the vehicle was secured. The connecting road had to be completely closed.

The injured driver was taken to hospital by the emergency services. There is currently no information about the material damage.
