Police: Two suspects identified in June stabbing in Healdsburg

Two Healdsburg residents have been identified as suspects in connection with a stabbing in Healdsburg that left someone injured in June, police said.

Anthony Lucas Cruz and Katie Anne Beth, both 18, are suspected of attempted murder, according to Healdsburg police.

They were arrested on Friday at an unknown time and place.

They are considered suspects in a stabbing that was reported on June 2 at around 11 p.m.

One victim was treated at Healdsburg District Hospital for “multiple life-threatening stab wounds,” police said in a Facebook post Friday.

However, the person did not cooperate with investigators and few details were available at the time of the stabbing, police said.

Sonoma County jail records show Beth is being held on $1 million bail and is scheduled to appear in Sonoma County Superior Court on Tuesday.

No information about Cruz was available in prison records Monday.
