Duisburg. Unknown persons threw a construction site sign from a bridge onto the A59 in Duisburg and hit a woman's car. The police are now looking for witnesses.

Unknown persons threw a construction site sign onto the A59 in Duisburg and hit the car of a woman who was driving towards Dinslaken. The incident occurred on Saturday, September 21, at around 10:20 p.m. on the Richterstrasse motorway bridge in Alt-Hamborn, according to the police.

The unknown assailants threw the no-parking sign and standpipe, which had been set up for a temporary no-parking zone, at the 36-year-old woman's white Renault. In shock, the woman later reported to the police that she had heard a loud bang, but despite this and the damaged windshield, she was able to bring her car to a safe stop.
