Superstar Sting comes to the North

Attention Sting fans in Kiel and Rostock: The global star will be playing two concerts in the north next year on his “Sting 3.0” tour. The tour kicked off in Detroit in September, followed by concerts across North America. According to the organizer, the 80s rock star will be coming to Germany next year for concerts and will be performing his greatest hits at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, among other places.

Sting has written music history with his band “The Police” – hits such as “Every Breath You Take”, “Message in a Bottle” and “Roxanne” are world famous. His characteristic mixture of rock, jazz and reggae has made him one of the most influential voices in modern music – and has rewarded him with 17 Grammys, two Brit Awards, a Golden Globe and four Oscar nominations, among other things, the organizers announced. General advance sales for his concerts in Germany start on Friday.
