Tokyo Game Show 2024: PlayStation line-up revealed

PlayStation's line-up at this year's Tokyo Game Show includes Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Monster Hunter Wilds.

SONY may have skipped Gamescom again this year, but it has been known since July that the console manufacturer will be present at the Tokyo Game Show in September.

But it is still a small premiere, because it is SONY’s first appearance since 2019.

Now the line-up with the content for the trade fair has been announced.

The games Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Metaphor: ReFantazio, Sonic X Shadow Generations and Monster Hunter Wilds will be playable.

Following the recent unveiling of the PlayStation 5 Pro console, the company will be showing the Pro versions of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Gran Turismo 7 for the first time and letting visitors play them.

Furthermore, the company will be present on stage on all days of the fair. In addition to indie games, Astro Bot, Silent Hill 2, Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO and Metaphor: ReFantazio were mentioned.

Game Director Hideo Kojima will also introduce Death Stranding 2: On the Beach in a one-hour presentation, followed by Monster Hunter Wilds and Dynasty Warriors: Origins.

This year’s Tokyo Game Show will take place from September 26th to 29th.
