Accident on the A66: Truck crashes into central guardrail

23.09.24 – Accident on the A66: On Monday morning at around 5:50 a.m. a truck crashed into the central guardrail. The crash occurred between the Gelnhausen East and West junctions in the construction site area (Main-Kinzig district). Both lanes in the direction of Fulda were closed, but were reopened at around 8:50 a.m.

According to the police, several “bollards” were scattered across the road during the accident. No one was injured. It is not yet known how the accident occurred. (kg) +++
