PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A man was stabbed to death in the 6100 block of Oak Royal Drive in Lake Worth around 7:15 p.m. Saturday. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said late Sunday afternoon that a suspect is now in custody and charged with murder.

PBSO tells BocaNewsNow.com that “Moslet Elmeus stabbed the adult male, a person known to him.” It was not immediately clear what led to the altercation or if the victim was dead when police arrived on the scene or if he later died at the hospital. We do know, however, that Elmeus is officially charged with “Murder – First Degree Premeditated Murder” and “Obstruction of Justice – Tampering with Evidence in a Felony Case.”

Elmeus is being held without bail in the Palm Beach County Jail. He was booked into the jail around 3 a.m. Sunday. His home address is the 6100 block of Oak Royal Drive, the same street as the scene of the murder. With the exception of two traffic violations in December 2024, Elmeus has no history with the Palm Beach County court system.
