Man shot after argument over car crash, Fort Worth police say

FORT WORTH, Texas – Fort Worth police are searching for a suspect in connection with a road rage shooting that left a man dead Sunday morning.

Police were called to the scene of the accident at E. Loop 820 and Highway 287.

When officers arrived, they found a dead man at the scene who appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound.

As investigators discovered, the victim and a suspect were involved in the accident when a verbal argument broke out.

Shortly afterwards, shots were fired.

The suspect fled the scene before the police arrived.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.

The detectives are investigating.
