Woman in Toronto steals Porsche and runs over owner – police search

A woman is filmed stealing a Porsche. The police are looking for her.

In Toronto, Ontario, Canada, a woman was filmed stealing a car. According to Peel Regional Police, the surveillance camera footage shows the woman ringing the victim's doorbell and then pretending to want to buy his 2022 Porsche Cayenne. The man had posted the luxury car on the internet.

The suspect pretended to want to look at the car, then sat in the driver's seat accompanied by the private seller and claimed that she wanted to wait for her father.

The victim exited the car and closed the passenger door before walking around the hood and reaching for the driver's side door, which appeared to be locked from the footage. Suddenly, the woman stepped on the gas and drove out of the driveway of the property. She hit the man's body, ran over him and dragged his body onto the road. The footage shows the victim apparently getting caught on one of the rear wheels before getting back on his feet and holding on to his back.

The woman fled in the Porsche, police said. According to official information, the incident occurred on September 6.

According to the New York Post, an accomplice was involved. He was parked on the other side of the street in a gray Bentley Bentayga. According to official information, the theft took place on September 6 at around 2 p.m. (local time).

The victim told CTV News Toronto that he suffered injuries to his elbow, hands and legs and required medical attention after the incident.

Canadian police are searching for the woman who posed as a potential Porsche buyer.
