The title fight is entering the next round, the Formula 1 race in Singapore is just around the corner! While Max Verstappen and Red Bull are doing everything they can to get back on the road to success, Lando Norris and McLaren are aiming for the next coup to further reduce the Dutchman's lead in the World Championship.

Last weekend, McLaren took the lead in the constructors' championship for the first time since 2012. Now the big goal is to win the Formula 1 drivers' championship as well. The next step towards this goal will follow in Singapore.

16:35: That brings Saturday in Singapore to an end, and tomorrow at 2 p.m. the points will be up for grabs. The big question will be whether Norris can win the start this time. See you then!

Q3/End: What an ending to this qualifying! Norris takes pole, Verstappen fights back and finishes second, Hülkenberg takes a sensational sixth place and Ferrari only finishes ninth and tenth.

12.15pm: In Baku, McLaren driver Lando Norris experienced a rollercoaster of emotions. After a tactical error, he was eliminated in Q1, had to start from 17th place and ultimately finished fourth, ahead of Verstappen.

Today McLaren wants to avoid a qualifying mistake and, in the best case, secure pole position for tomorrow's race. Qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix begins at 3 p.m.
