The Stroway is a new energy storage system that also supports wireless charging and consists of several individual power banks. The Stroway could be useful for families.

As part of a crowdfunding campaign, the Stroway is currently being used to finance a system for storing energy and ultimately charging power banks. The model is probably a bit oversized for a single user, but it could be a useful system for families in which several family members need a power bank – and this on a regular basis. The system consists of a charging station and up to six power banks. These can be charged directly in the charging case and measure 138 x 70 x 12 millimeters and can each output up to 22.5 watts via USB Type A and USB Type C.

The charge level of the individual power banks can be monitored directly via a display to ensure that users can actually see that a power bank is charged. The charging station itself measures 300 x 192 x 188 millimeters and can not only charge the power banks, but also has three USB Type A ports and a USB Type C port on the top, with up to 22.5 watts of power output via USB. Wireless charging is also possible. The manufacturer has apparently not yet communicated some information, such as the exact output power of the charging station when only one or several ports are loaded.

The system is currently available as part of a crowdfunding campaign for a price of 214 euros, with delivery scheduled for December. Potential supporters should be aware of the considerable financial risks associated with such crowdfunding ventures.
