CCTV images released after attack in underpass under Upper Bridge Street, Canterbury

Police have released a surveillance image of a man following an alleged attack in an underpass.

At 12.45am on Friday 30 August, officers were called to the underpass beneath Upper Bridge Street in Canterbury following reports that a man had been punched and fallen to the ground.

The victim suffered facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

A police spokesman said: “Investigations into the incident are ongoing and officers have released images of a man who may be able to assist them with their enquiries.”
