Man suffers life-threatening injuries in stabbing in South Peoria

PEORIA (25News Now) – Police say a 44-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in a stabbing in South Peoria late Thursday night.

A press release said officers were called to the 2100 block of West Garden Street shortly before 11:30 p.m., where they found the victim suffering from an apparent stab wound.

According to police, the man was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

There is no information about the suspect.
