Before 7 a.m., Massachusetts State Police officers responded to reports of a road rage incident on Route 146 in Millbury.

According to state police, further reports said the driver of a red Honda Civic shot another motorist with a pistol.

While searching the area, Millbury police located the driver on River Street and arrested Ochoa while patrol officers arrived at the scene.

While searching Ochoa's vehicle, police said they found a black air rifle near the Honda that closely resembled a real firearm.

Police also questioned the alleged victim of the incident and found that the passenger window of his car was broken.

After a preliminary investigation, Massachusetts State Police arrested Ochoa. He is expected back in court on October 15 for his preliminary hearing.
