MSU DPPS releases more photos of suspect in sexual assault near union

“Our investigators continue to actively work on this case and we are asking for your assistance in identifying this suspect,” the post said.

Nadia Vizueta, communications manager for Michigan State University's Department of Police and Public Safety, said they recently gained access to the new photos through footage they received from the city of East Lansing.

The incident is being investigated as fourth-degree sexual abuse. The suspect is described as a college-aged black male, 6'1″ to 6'6″ tall, with a slim, fair complexion, short, thick, curly hair, and prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, khaki shorts, a backpack, and black and white Nike tennis shoes.
