According to police, a woman attacked a police officer at the crime scene

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 37-year-old woman was arrested after police say she attacked one of two men at the scene of a shooting Thursday night.

According to court documents, Alicia Rhodes refused to comply with orders to return to the South Cumminsville crime scene and remained at the scene while police attempted to secure it.

In addition to bodily harm, she is also accused of administrative offenses in a dangerous situation and resistance to state authority.

During her arrest, she refused to pull her hands back, police said.

They were then forced to the ground and taken into custody, and one of them was then “kneeded in the groin” as he resisted being dragged into the patrol car, court documents state.

Rhodes was held overnight without bail at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

She is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Friday.
