Millimeter work: Aviation titanium for the new Apple Watches

With the introduction of the new Apple Watch Series 10 and a new, particularly elegant color for the Apple Watch Ultra 2, Bandwerk has designed straps specially tailored to the new products. One highlight is the “Titan Band G1-T”, which is made entirely of aviation titanium and was not only designed in Germany, but is also manufactured here. To match the new color of the Apple Watch Ultra 2, this strap is also available in black.

Completely different from the competition, BandWerk also relies on exotic materials and processing methods. The entry into the Swiss-made bands is marked by a wooden bracelet that has been processed into a delicate checkered relief using a special process and is therefore still very soft and comfortable on the wrist. The underside is made of cork, which feels soft and warm on the skin even in the winter months and offers the necessary stability and tear resistance. The band is available in various colors and types of wood. It is also compatible with all currently available Apple Watches. Incidentally, this bracelet is not only vegan, but also sustainably produced.

Luxury leather from Horween

We continue with another special feature: the “Swiss Cordovan Band”, which is made entirely from the famous luxury leather. With a price per square meter of over 1000 euros, this leather is one of the most luxurious on the market. The processing of such a material must meet the highest quality standards. These bands are therefore made by the same fine leather craftsmen who also serve the most exclusive Swiss watch brands. This is not only impressive, but also testifies to the level at which BandWerk is.

The “Rallye” and “Vintage” straps are just as elegant. They are both made from Italian leather and are an equally classy alternative to Cordovan. The new collection has one thing in common: elegant, timeless designs and maximum quality.

The origins of the Bandwerk brand should not be neglected. From the very beginning, the theme of “upcycling” was very present and not only bands and cases were made from recycled plastic, but also limited, extremely high-quality bracelets made from parts of legendary cars. So there are always special editions, be it made from the seats of the legendary Opel Manta or a Formula 1 tire. Currently there is the “Gran Turismo” series, which was designed from the interior of an old Mercedes R107 convertible and captures the spirit of the classic.
