Donald Trump: Former president suspects conspiracy with more absurd justification

Does he really believe that? Donald Trump is not only confident of his victory in the TV debate with US Vice President Kamala Harris, he is also using absurd justification to say that it was his “best debate ever”.

  • Donald Trump in the TV duel with Kamala Harris
  • Trump even loses debate according to Fox News
  • Former president sees “best debate ever”

The Democratic US presidential candidate Kamala Harris has had a heated TV debate with her opponent Donald Trump. Harris and Trump attacked each other sharply in their first duel. They accused each other of running the country into the ground, of having no plan for the pressing problems and of spreading lies.

Donald Trump had “a bad evening”: Even Fox News sees Harris ahead

The verdict after the TV debate is usually clear. It was hardly surprising that the television channel CNN and left-liberal media such as the New York Times declared Trump defeated. But even Trump's own channel, the (at best) conservative Fox News, saw the ex-president on the defensive.

  • Kamala Harris lured Trump, who was having “a bad evening,” explained chief analyst Brit Hume on camera. It was clear: Kamala Harris was ahead. Surprisingly specific words on Fox News.

Donald Trump: “Best debate ever”

Of course, the verdict is quite different for die-hard Trump supporters. And “The Don” spread on his account on the co-founded network Truth Social once again his own truth. Donald Trump not only assumes his victory, he continues to declare:

  • “I think that was my best debate ever, especially because it's THREE against ONE war!”

What Trump wants to express with this is that, in his opinion, he had to argue not only against Kamala Harris, but also against the moderators of the TV debate.

Donald Trump suspects “conspiracy and fraud.”

The former president once again suspects conspiracy and fraud. However, it is true that David Muir and Linsey Davis at ABC News repeatedly told Trump to fact-check (including on the abortion debate and illegal immigration) and did not let him get away with his usual lies. In Trump's eyes, the journalists' basic work was of course unfair.
