A star lawyer who wears dazzlingly colorful suits even in court, a school principal who inspires students as a punk, a tattoo artist with a forked tongue and implanted horns who likes to knit dog sweaters: they all swim against the tide and want to stand out from the crowd. Today there is a reunion with extraordinary personalities who love to be different, to attract attention and sometimes to offend. Michael is known for his colorful outfits. He chooses the color and style of the suits depending on the message he wants to convey to the court. “I am the enfant terrible, the bird of paradise. Nature is colorful too, so why shouldn't people dress colorfully too?” He now owns sixty very unusual suits, which he mostly buys in Italy. Hans grew up in a farming family, was raised Catholic and was active in the traditional costume association for many years. In 1965 he converted to Islam and met his wife in Anatolia, with whom he has been married for 43 years: “We had four children and, on the outside, had a completely normal marriage. In reality, however, I was always homosexual and suppressed my inclinations for far too long. I only came out when I was 65. Zoe loves and lives the lifestyle of the fifties. “Even my parents were fascinated by the fifties. I grew up with Cadillacs and Elvis Presley, that just shaped me.” She also enjoys it when she stands out on the street: “Many people talk to me or even think I'm Marilyn Monroe.”
