One man shot, another stabbed in a Forest Park home

Officers responded to the 1800 block of Lincrest Lane around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday and found one man dead inside the home and another lying stabbed on the sidewalk, Lt. Adam Pape said.

The stabbed man was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

His condition was not immediately known, Pape said.

No information about arrests or suspects has been released. Police are still investigating on site.

“It's not a robbery, but we don't know what it's about,” Pape said when we asked him what led to the violence.

No one lived in the house because it was being renovated, he said.
