Motorcyclist collides with car in Worpswede

A 62-year-old motorcyclist collided with a 31-year-old's Mercedes on Monday afternoon. According to police, the motorcyclist wanted to turn left from Mühlendamm into Hüttenbuscher Straße at around 5:15 p.m. and ignored the car driver's right of way. The vehicles collided and the 62-year-old lost control of his motorcycle. He then drove into a fence and was slightly injured. The emergency services took him to hospital. The police estimate the material damage at around 1,500 euros.
