When did the Mukuru fire break out?

The police report states that the fire broke out at 8 p.m. on Monday, September 16, and razed the house where the three children were sleeping.

According to a report by Citizen Digital, the children who died were aged 16, 14 and 4 and were identified by their mothers.

A gas explosion in one of the houses caused the fire, which spread to the children's sleeping area.
