Why did Lilian leave Mutua for a driver?

Philip died in a road accident in 2017 after dropping her off, and his death played a role in her split from Alfred Mutua. Earlier, her bodyguards had also died in an accident.

Lilian said they didn't even mourn and life just went on as if nothing had happened.

“In fact, I got a new driver the next morning. The two incidents hit me hard. This disregard for their lives, just because they were security officers, also contributed to my parting ways with Alfred.

I thought to myself: If I had died, my life would have continued like this.”

On Monday, September 16, Lilian paid tribute to Philip via her Instagram stories, noting that she never forgot him.

“My driver Philip died seven years ago. Anyone who has ever had a driver knows what a big role he plays in their life.

I still mourn his loss today and it's terrible because I constantly have to compare all the drivers who came after him with him.”

Lilian noticed that he was extraordinary and did everything to make her life easier.
