Tragic mother Juliana Prosper 'terribly missed' after being killed along with two children and an 18-year-old man accused of 'murder' – The Sun

A tragic mother will be “terribly missed” after she was killed along with her two children, friends say.

Juliana Prosper, 48, was found dead in a flat in Luton on Friday along with Kyle Prosper, 16, and Giselle Prosper, 13.

Police arrested 18-year-old Nicholas Prosper and charged him with triple murder and several weapons offenses.

Officers were called at 5:30 a.m. for “welfare concerns” before finding the three victims in the apartment.

Nicholas Prosper was remanded in custody ahead of his appearance at Luton Magistrates Court tomorrow.

A family friend told Sky News: “Juliana lived for her children. She was a positive person who will be terribly missed.”

Jess Pather, headteacher of Lea Manor High School, paid tribute to 13-year-old Giselle.

She said: “We at Lea Manor High School are deeply shocked by the tragic incident that occurred in our community on Friday.

“We are devastated by the loss of our student Giselle Prosper. Giselle was a wonderful soul and an exemplary student.

“She excelled in all subjects and will be greatly missed, especially by her friends in 9th grade.”

Ms Pather added: “We will all need time to process what has happened.”

“Our thoughts are with everyone in our community and neighboring schools who are affected.”

Detective Superintendent Rob Hall said: “First and foremost, our thoughts are with the three people who sadly lost their lives yesterday and their families.

“Although formal identification has not yet been made, the next of kin of those presumed deceased have been informed and are being assisted by specialist officers.

“We ask that you respect your privacy during this unimaginably difficult time.

“After the discovery of the three bodies yesterday, we immediately sent several officers to the crime scene.

“Shortly thereafter, they arrested an 18-year-old man who is now charged with triple murder and several weapons offenses.

“I would like to commend all the officers who have been involved in this investigation so far, particularly those who were first on the scene.

“They have been faced with such horrific circumstances and have worked around the clock to find out the details of these tragic deaths.

“Officers will remain at the scene over the coming days as we continue our investigation.

“We will also be deploying additional community officers in the area and surrounding areas to reassure residents during this difficult time.”
