So, here we go: This is my new studio” – with these words the presenter presents his workplace at RTL. The entertainer also explains what his new show will look like, in which one million euros are at stake every week.

It starts next Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 8:10 p.m. on RTL+: “You won't win the million here with Stefan Raab” will then be broadcast exclusively on the private broadcaster's streaming portal for the first time. The recording of the show will take place on Tuesday, as TV legend Stefan Raab announced live on TV after his comeback fight against Regina Halmich. RTL has now given a first glimpse into the studio of the new show.

A short trailer was published on the station's website, showing Raab in his new living room. “So, here we go: This is my new studio” – with these words the presenter presents his workplace, where a lot of new work is still being done. In the background you can see employees busy setting up the stage, and a vacuum cleaner is still standing innocently in the middle of the room. “We're still setting up here,” says Raab. He hopes that everything will be ready by the time the recording starts. It will be the “first entertainment quiz competition hybrid show in the world,” explains Raab, showing both his presenting position and a kind of backstage shop as well as the games area.

Stefan Raab had already let the cat out of the bag on Saturday evening, directly after the fight against Halmich. “I'm doing shows again!” he announced in the ring. In a press conference a few minutes later, Raab went into more detail. He had signed a five-year contract with RTL, which includes big shows, but also the weekly format “You won't win the million here with Stefan Raab,” which will only be shown on RTL+.

In the 90-minute show, guests compete against Raab and try to win a million euros. He himself moderates, asks the quiz questions and also competes in duels against the challengers. Changing guest presenters supervise individual rounds of the game. On Wednesday (and in the two following shows) his former show intern Elton will be seen in this role. And how can the candidates win the million? According to Raab, it's actually quite simple: “The candidates have to do everything right. All the games, all the questions.”
