EA car collided with a tree on the L4 near Loimersdorf. Fortunately, both occupants were able to free themselves from the vehicle. They were taken to hospital by the Red Cross.

The Lassee fire department was alerted to a traffic accident on the L4 in the direction of Loimersdorf. A car had left the road and crashed head-on into a tree. When they arrived at the scene of the accident, the emergency services found that the driver and passenger had already managed to free themselves from the badly damaged vehicle.

Both passengers suffered injuries. They were given medical treatment by the Red Cross and then taken to Hainburg Hospital. The Lassee fire department secured the accident site, contained spilled fluids and loaded the completely damaged car so that it could be parked safely.

The operation was completed after about an hour. As a sign of appreciation for the work recently done by the Lassee fire department, especially during the large forest fire in Gänserndorf-Süd, where 30 comrades worked almost 200 hours over three days, Mayor Roman Bobits invited the emergency services to a pizza dinner after the operation.
