Motorcycle: Death drama at the Frohburg triangle race

The Italian motorcycle rider Luca Salvadori was killed in an accident at the 61st Frohburger Dreieck race. The MSC Frohburger Dreieck announced this on Sunday afternoon. According to the report, the 32-year-old died in hospital late on Saturday evening as a result of a serious accident that had occurred hours earlier.

Salvadori took part in the last Superbike race of the International Road Racing Championship (IRRC) on the track in Saxony for the Bronco Racing Team on a Ducati. In consultation between the organizer and the race management, it was decided to continue the event on Sunday despite the accident.

The Milanese competed in the MotoE World Championship last season for the Prettl Pramac team. “We are deeply saddened by the death of Luca Salvadori,” the electric racing series announced at X.
