TV live show with Gabalier and Morgensterin has to be postponed

The current storm situation is putting a damper on the “Craziest Show in the World”: The TV format with singer Andreas Gabalier and ex-ski jumper Thomas Morgenstern, which was planned to be broadcast live on Puls 4 and Joyn on September 28th, has to be postponed “for safety reasons,” it was said in a press release on Saturday. The construction work was supposed to start in the middle of next week, but this was “simply not plannable.”

Soft floors

“The rain is making the ground soft. “The two cranes required for the live show, each weighing 130 tons, could not be anchored sufficiently securely or could cause damage to the ground,” Lukas Steiner-Bauer, managing director of the responsible production company Unscripted Productions, was quoted as saying. This risk could not be taken, which is why a new date is now being sought. The safety of the crew and the protagonists is “the top priority.”
