Erling Haaland's availability for Manchester City against Brentford confirmed after recent doubts

The availability of Manchester City's Erling Haaland against Brentford and the Norwegian's prospects of a starting place were now confirmed on Saturday morning.

The 24-year-old has been in excellent form in his first three Premier League games this season, scoring an incredible seven goals, more than most other clubs in the league at this point in the season.

Haaland's opening weekend strike in a 2-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge was followed by two consecutive hat-tricks as Manchester City beat Ipswich Town 4-1 at the Etihad Stadium and West Ham United 3-1 at the London Stadium.
