VERSES AI Inc. Announces 2024 AGSM Results

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — VERSES AI Inc. (the “Pursue” or “VERSES“) (CBOE Canada: VERS) (OTCQX: VRSSF) is pleased to announce the results of the annual general meeting and special general meeting of shareholders of the Company held in Vancouver, British Columbia on September 13, 2024. All resolutions presented at the meeting were adopted, including setting the number of directors of the Company at four for the ensuing year, electing all director nominees, reappointing Smythe LLP as the Company's auditor for the ensuing year and renewing the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. Following the meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company re-appointed Michael Blum as a member of the Board of Directors by board resolution. As such, the Board of Directors for the ensuing year consists of Gabriel Rene, Dan Mapes, G. Scott Paterson, Jonathan De Vos and Michael Blum.
