Detained couple charged after baby found with fentanyl and cocaine: police

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two parents have been charged after their five-month-old child was found to have fentanyl and cocaine in his system, according to Middlesex Township police.

David Foor, 26, and Brandi Keifer, 25, were arrested on Monday and charged with child endangerment as part of the investigation.

After their arrest, police said in another press release that Foor and Keifer allegedly brought drugs into the Cumberland County Jail while incarcerated.

Both now face additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and smuggling into a correctional facility.

There is currently no information available about the child’s condition.
