North Carolina man charged with raping 14-year-old

MORGANTON, NC (FOX Carolina) – The McDowell County Sheriff's Office said charges have been filed against a man after investigators discovered he had an inappropriate relationship with a young teenage girl.

Noah Andrew Harris, 21, was arrested after police received a report of possible child sexual abuse.

Deputies said they concluded Harris had inappropriate contact with a 14-year-old victim.

He is charged with rape, sexual abuse of a child, third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

He is being held without bail.
