Emmerdale: Nate Robinson's fate 'sealed' as fans discover 'missing' scene | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Fans of “Emmerdale” are worried about a villager after they noticed a “missing” scene amid the barn fire drama.

Moira Dingle recently caused concern among viewers with her erratic behaviour and just this week she caused a devastating barn fire by confusing Ruby Fox-Milligan with her deceased opponent Emma Barton, who killed Moira in 2017.

In the run-up to the fire, Moira's rejection of romantic advances from her stepson Nate Robinson, who was being supervised by Caleb Milligan, sparked an angry response from her husband Cain Dingle, who attacked and disowned his son.

To add fuel to the fire, Ruby taunted Moira, but alarm bells rang when Moira addressed her as Emma and brandished a shotgun menacingly. The ensuing inferno, caused by accidentally spilled tractor fuel, put several lives in danger.

In Thursday's thrilling episode, Moira was rushed to hospital following the explosion, with doctors warning of a mass on her brain exerting dangerous pressure, the Manchester Evening News reported.

Meanwhile, Ruby exclaimed, trusting Caleb: “She wanted to have me burned in there, otherwise I would be dead!”

However, fans were confused by the comment as the scenes showed Moira trying to save and help Ruby.

On social media, fans are wondering if Moira was distracted while helping Ruby and that it was because Nate was in the barn in an unexpected twist, creating a “missing” scene whose unexpected twist was revealed on Friday.

Viewers of the soap now fear that Moira's memory lapses may have caused her to forget that Nate was in the barn and that he may now die because actor Jurell Carter is leaving the ITV soap.

On Twitter, now X, one person wrote: “Thinking back about #Emmerdale. Ruby said Moira was going to leave her to die but we all saw her help her. What if Moira saw Nate and went to help him but can't remember due to brain trauma.”

Elsewhere, another account said: “Maybe Nate did what he always does and went to the barn with a couple of cans, got drunk and passed out, Moira saw him and that's why Ruby left #emmerdale,” while another fan added: “Does anyone else think Nate was in the barn and is dead?”

This comes after Emmerdale confirmed a heartbreaking brain tumour storyline for Moira and has “difficult” times ahead. On Friday night, viewers will witness the heartbreaking moment when Moira, played by Natalie J Robb, is diagnosed with a type of brain tumour called a meningioma.

The shock diagnosis explains Moira's recent behavior, in which she is suffering from symptoms such as personality changes, violent outbursts, confusion, memory loss and seizures. Although the tumor is not malignant, Moira is seriously worried about her future and is anxious about the possibility of surgery and other treatments.

If you are affected by this story, you can get support and help from The Brain Tumor Charity or Trust of the brains.

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with a one-hour episode on Thursdays.
