Dead Icarus announce their debut album “Zealot”

Drum roll! Dead Icarus announce their debut album “Zealot” – and it’s just right for Halloween. The first full-length album by the metalcore outfit will be released on October 31, 2024 above MNRCCTo sweeten the waiting time, there is another single for your ears today.

It was only a matter of time before the new project of the former Atreyu frontman Alex Varkatzas Things are picking up speed. Ever since the single “The Unconquerable” reached us last month, rumors started rife about a possible first full-length album. And that's how it should be!

“The Unconquerable” marked the first single from the upcoming album “Zealot”. This brings a total of 11 tracks, which read as follows:

1. The Invincible
2. Carry loads and protect your skin
3. Zealot
4. 1 million days
5. The Kiss of Temptation
6. Well of Death
7. Casting spells
8. Hell opens its mouth
9. Vade Retro Satana
10. Secrets in the Dark

With “Carrying loads and saving skin” The band now presents us with the next single.

To celebrate the day, the new single will of course be accompanied by a matching music video. This was made by David Brodsky and Allison Woest who worked with Whitechapel, Lorna Shore and Cannibal Corpse, among others.

The album follows the debut EP “Ad Infernum”which saw the light of day this March. The first milestone has also been set and will be properly fired up with the current US tour. Whether the band Varkatzas, Gabe Mangold (Enterprise Earth) and drummer Brandon Zackey (WhitechapelEx-Enterprise Earth) It remains to be seen whether he will visit Europe next year.
