On dark nights in the Burladingen district of Killer, it is the main target of skilled thieves: the town sign at the entrance to Killer coming from Ringingen. The problem for the administration: these appear to be persistent killer repeat offenders.

The only thing that the thieves, completely misunderstanding the historical meaning of the name of the former town of Kirchweiler, almost fatally hit is the nerves of the town's mayor, Gerd Schäfer.
