Transport for London continues to struggle with cyberattacks

Today, live travel data is still not available on some platforms, such as the official website and the TfL Go app. However, information about stations and journey planning is still accessible.

However, according to TfL, the cyberattack did not affect the operation of public transport. Despite the disruptions, the London transport network is functioning “as usual,” it said.

Is customer data affected?

On 12 September, TfL updated its statement to say: “While there has been very little impact on our customers so far, the situation is evolving and our investigations have shown that certain customer data has been accessed. This includes some customer names and contact details, including email addresses and home addresses where provided.”
