The Miami Dolphins play the Buffalo Bills on Thursday. If you're looking to do some last-minute betting research, you're in luck! We'll give you the latest point spreads, moneyline odds and over/under numbers, as well as the information you need to make the best bet.

The game begins at 8:15 p.m. ET and can be viewed on Amazon Prime.

Both the Dolphins and Bills started the season with a win in Week 1, although neither easily defeated their opponent. Miami erased a 14-0 deficit with a second-half shutout of the Jacksonville Jaguars to win 20-17. Buffalo trailed the Arizona Cardinals 17-3 just before halftime but rallied to win 34-28.

Now both teams are 1-0, and Thursday night's game between the Dolphins and Bills will determine the early leader in the AFC East. The New England Patriots are also 1-0, but even if they beat the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday afternoon, the winner will be atop the division on Thursday via a tiebreaker that's far too early.

  • Points distribution: Dolphins -2.5
  • Money line: Bills +115 / Dolphins -135
  • Over-Under: 49

Bills injury report at the Dolphins:

The Dolphins will be without running back Raheem Mostert and rookie wide receiver Malik Washington. All eyes will be on running back De'Von Achane, who is questionable due to an ankle injury and whose participation could be decided on Thursday.

The biggest loss for the Bills is cornerback Taron Johnson, who suffered a forearm injury in the team's season opener.

Advice and prediction

Take the over. This duel has been a point-scoring affair in recent years, with three of the last four meetings between the Bills and the Dolphins seeing total points exceed 60.

Even though numerous changes were made to both defenses during the offseason, there should still be plenty of points to be had on Thursday evening.

forecast: Dolphins 30, Bills 27
