According to police, one person was seriously injured in a shooting in the northwest of Tallahassee last night

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man was seriously injured in a shooting Wednesday night in northwest Tallahassee, according to Tallahassee police.

According to police, the incident occurred shortly after midnight in the 2500 block of West Tennessee Street.

Officers arrived at the scene and found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

An investigation revealed that he and the suspect knew each other and there had been an argument before the shooting, police said.
