On Sunday, an Irish hiker who had been reported missing since last Friday was found dead.

It is assumed that the man was walking in the municipality of Iglesias on the Cammino Minerio di Santa Barbara route between Masua and Cala Domestica.

The Irish native was on a hiking trip with his family and set out alone on a hike around 8 a.m. on Friday, during which he unfortunately lost his life.
