“Living Nostradamus” claims that four of the seven events he predicted for 2024 have come true

“Living Nostradamus” claims that four of the seven events he predicted for 2024 have come true

It looks like some skeptics owe the man nicknamed the “Living Nostradamus” an apology for claiming that four of his predictions for 2024 have already come true.

And with a few months left, Athos Salomé believes he is still on track for a clear victory.

But the Brazilian parapsychologist – who claims to have correctly predicted the global coronavirus pandemic in 2020 and the death of the queen in 2022 – is growing tired of people doubting his alleged psychic abilities.

Although he is not looking for “unnecessary personal recognition” or worldwide admiration for sharing his predictions for the future, the 37-year-old would at least like to receive some praise for it.

“My predictions are not coincidences,” Athos told the Daily Star. “They are well-founded and will come true.”

He complained that other so-called clairvoyants often “claim to be the originator of these ideas,” although the credit is his – and Athos says his successes so far this year speak for themselves.

So without further ado, let's dive deeper into the four prophecies from his list of seven predictions for 2024 that he said have come true.

Third World War

According to Athos, the world is heading for a full-scale war this year.

In 2023, he claimed that World War III was an “urgent reality” that we all had to face, speculating that it would be triggered by an event in China or a major cyberattack between China and Russia.

The “living Nostradamus” said at the time: “I have already said it, and it is clear to everyone that we are only one step away from a full-scale third world war.”

And according to him, his bet was spot on.

“This was prophetic and in 2024 it became as real as the prediction was made,” Athos said. “These regional tensions echo my words and make it clear that territorial issues are a cause of major world wars.”

He believes that the flexing of military muscles by China and the United States is evidence that the “situation is becoming increasingly unstable,” adding that the globe is “on the brink of a catastrophic war.”

Natural disasters

Athos also warned the world to prepare for a series of natural disasters last year, and it's safe to say he was spot on.

The last twelve months have seen crazy weather all over the world, but the Living Nostradamus predicted that the Philippines, Vietnam and some regions of China would be hit hardest.

Athos has now claimed that he was absolutely right and referred to Typhoon Yagi to prove his thesis.

The storm claimed over 150 lives and caused devastating damage in the three countries mentioned above.

“The typhoon had wind speeds of over 150 km/h and caused devastating floods and landslides with fatalities and significant destruction of buildings,” explained the self-proclaimed clairvoyant.

“I said there would be more and worse cases of this event, and considering the natural disasters observed this year, I was right. The increase in these events exacerbates the discussion about climate change and the lack of preparedness of countries for the consequences of climate change.”

Race in space

According to Athos, global superpowers such as China, Russia and the USA would revive the space race of the 20th century in 2024 – but of course they would fight for a different trophy.

The guy who supposedly can see into the future predicted that an asteroid would appear that would be “rich in valuable material,” which in turn would cause countries to compete for cosmic resources.

He assumes that this must be related to the small asteroid that, according to NASA, disintegrated over the coast of the Philippines earlier this month.

Athos said the operation not only “surprised everyone” but also “showed progress in monitoring small celestial bodies near Earth.”

He continued: “Although the event did not pose a threat, the growing attention to space objects reflects my prediction of a new era of space exploration and space competition.

“This race to discover cosmic secrets could, as I predicted, easily turn into an arena of geopolitical rivalries.”

technology

Athos not only had a lot to say about artificial intelligence, but also several theories about other technological advances that could take place in 2024.

He believed that Apple would launch a new Vision Pro headset that could immerse the user in different dimensions, and also said that it would make augmented and virtual reality much more lifelike.

While he didn't quite hit the nail on the head, he said he was close enough, pointing to the app “Hauntify,” which is currently taking social media by storm.

The mixed reality app lets people “turn their whole house into a horror game and experience evil ghosts chasing them” – and to be honest, it’s pretty terrifying.

Athos continued, “Not only is this a prediction, but it is happening with the release of Hauntify, a mixed reality app that taps into a user’s fear sensors to create a paranormal experience.

“Hauntify is a great example of transforming reality into virtual worlds, allowing users to enter places that have a scary feel.

“My vision is also reflected in the concept of Hauntify: redesigning the general perception of reality.”
