Suicide/Accident of Malaika Arora's father: Mother found his slippers in the living room and searched for him on the balcony

Anil Arora had allegedly jumped/fallen from the balcony of her sixth floor apartment. Malaika Arora immediately rushed back from Pune after hearing the news. A visibly shaken and teary-eyed Malaika reached the building, her parents' house, where the incident had taken place. Amrita Arora soon followed with her husband Shakeel Ladak. Arbaaz Khan was also spotted along with Arjun Kapoor, Salim Khan, Salma Khan, Seema Sajdeh, Shibani Dandekar and others.

Ananya Panday and Kareena Kapoor were also seen visiting the building to perform as an actress during this difficult time. While police said that it looks like a suicide case, a source told PTI that it could be an accidental death as Anil Arora was neither ill nor depressed. Malaika Arora's parents divorced when she was just 11 years old.

What happened?

But the two had been living under the same roof for several years. Malaika's mother Joyce Polycarp told police that she found her ex-husband's slippers in the living room but did not find him when she went to the balcony. At the same time, she heard a security guard calling for help and when she looked down, she saw what had happened, reports Indiatimes.

There is currently debate about whether it was suicide or an accidental death, but only a detailed police report can put an end to the speculation.
