Verve Group's Q2 2024 numbers clearly demonstrate the benefit of its strategic focus on privacy-focused advertising solutions, with growth well above the market. Organic revenues increased 26% in Q2 and operating leverage on a tighter cost base delivered an adjusted EBITDA margin of 30%. We raised our guidance in the H124 update and are now refining our assumptions. The capital markets day held with the results highlighted the further potential of mobile in-app full-screen and video content, as well as connected TV, retail media, audio and digital out-of-home. 78% of Verve's Q2 revenues were generated in North America, yet the valuation is well below (mostly US-based) peers.
