Improper conduct

SNOWSHOE — At about 10 a.m. on Sept. 2, a motorist traveling on Interstate 80 west contacted Pennsylvania State Police to report that he observed someone masturbating while driving, Rockview State Police said.

Police contacted the driver, a 28-year-old Philadelphia man, who admitted to the crime and was charged with disorderly conduct, police said.

Attack by prisoner

PLEASANT GAP – On Sept. 2, an inmate at the Centre County Correctional Facility, Kelvin Jackson, 28, of Bellefonte, spat on several correctional officers, Rockview State Police said.

JACKSONVILLE – On Sept. 5 at about 4:30 p.m., police were called to Interstate 80 East at mile marker 166.4 for a report of an assault on a 74-year-old Easton man, state police in Rockview said.

PFA violation

RENOVO – Timothy Coleman, 48, of Renovo, was arrested the morning of Sept. 4 for violating an anti-abuse protection order, according to state police in Lamar.

Coleman was charged after he allegedly showed up at the victim's home on Huron Avenue in Renovo. He has been evicted from the home and is not allowed to enter it, police said.

Driving under the influence of alcohol due to drugs

MILL HALL — Charges have been filed against Joseph Robinson, 43, of Hesston, Pennsylvania, after he was allegedly found in a vehicle with and under the influence of a controlled substance, according to state police in Lamar.

On Sept. 3 at 10:41 p.m., state police were called to the Walmart at 167 Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township because three juveniles could not find their caregivers, police said.

During the investigation, Robinson was found drunk in the parking lot in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, police said.

According to police, Robinson denied taking a chemical test.
