Pennsylvania man sentenced to 20 years in prison for filming child pornography with 8-year-old girl

WILLIAMSPORT – A Snyder County man previously classified as a sexually violent offender has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for using an 8-year-old girl to produce child pornography.

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann called Richard J. Krouse Jr.'s conduct the most heinous he had encountered in his twelve years as a judge.

The production of child pornography is worse than its possession, the judge explained to him.
