Man killed, woman injured in Russian attack on Pokrovsk community

“Today at about 10:40 a.m. a gas distribution station in the city of Pokrovsk was damaged by enemy shelling. Almost 28,000 customers were left without gas supply, 23,000 of them are residents of Pokrovsk, the other 5,000 are residents of Rodynske,” the report said.

It is noted that at 11:30 a.m. in the village of Hnativka the owner of a private household was killed as a result of enemy fire. The deceased's wife was injured.

“Russian terror continues. The enemy is trying to make the living conditions of the Pokrovsk community unbearable at any cost. Therefore, we emphasize once again how important the evacuation is! Today it is the only way to save yourself and your loved ones,” the military administration stressed.

The longest front line is in the Donetsk region – about 300 kilometers. The Pokrovsk sector remains the hottest.

There are still about 376,000 civilians in the government-controlled areas of the Donetsk region.
