Arrest after knife attack on 15-year-old boy at McKinley High School in Buffalo

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo police announced an arrest has been made after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death at McKinley High School on Monday.

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing at the high school around 1:10 p.m. Monday.

Buffalo police said a student was stabbed during an argument with two other students. According to police, the 15-year-old boy was taken by ambulance to Oishei Children's Hospital and is currently in serious but stable condition.

The officers confiscated a knife and the other two students were arrested.

On Monday evening, Buffalo Police announced that a 15-year-old Buffalo boy had been charged with first-degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm by a person under 16.

This is an ongoing investigation.
