Presidential Communications Director Eugene Arhin has officially filed his nomination for the Awutu Senya West parliamentary elections.

Mr Arhin, a key figure in the New Patriotic Party (NPP), submitted his papers to the party’s constituency office amid much excitement on Monday, September 9.

His entry into the race has attracted considerable interest from party supporters and political observers given his close ties to the central government and his extensive experience in public service.

In a brief address to supporters and party leaders after submitting his nomination, Mr. Arhin expressed his commitment to serving the people of Awutu Senya West.

He stressed his intention to focus on development projects, education and improving infrastructure within his constituency.

According to Mr. Arhin, his vision is to improve the living standards of the people through effective leadership and collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the region.
