Housewife arrested in Pune for stabbing her husband to death | Pune News

Pune: Sinhagad Road Police arrested a 46-year-old housewife for stabbing her Husband (42) to death ManajinagarNarhe Residence late Sunday evening.
According to police, the couple is from Nepal and the deceased worked as a security guard in a residential complex in Narhe. Police said the security guard drank heavily and often beat his wife.
On Sunday evening, an argument broke out between them, after which the woman grabbed a knife and stabbed her husband. Police said: “The woman ran out of the house after stabbing her husband. People became suspicious and raised the alarm.”
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old man was found beaten to death on a footpath near a petrol station in Thergaon on Monday morning. Wakad police identified the deceased as Ali Ansari of Thergaon. Police have registered a case against unknown persons.
