Jane Doe's main gameplay mechanic revolves around entering the Passion state by filling her Passion stream. While in the Passion state, her Physical Anomaly build rate increases by 25%, causing her to deal attack damage much faster.

The Passion State depletes quickly. Triggering perfect dodges, defensive assists, and Salchow jumps in the Passion State regenerates and maintains the Passion Stream.

For the free-to-play option, Weeping Gemini offers Anomaly Proficiency Points, which Jane can use to further increase her attack damage without relying on premium W-Engines.

It's especially fun for free-to-play players who like to see high attack damage numbers. However, like most A-class W engines, it has some availability issues, making it better suited to longer battles.

Rainforest Gourmet is another free option. Players can easily manage her buff using her EX Special, which provides a strong and consistent ATK boost. However, there is some downtime, meaning her performance can fall short of her signature W engine.

Fusion Compiler is an alternative S-rank W-Engine for Jane. It provides a solid ATK boost and improves Anomaly Proficiency with each Special or EX Special attack. However, it is difficult to maintain full stacks of Fusion Compiler, so only consider this if you have no other options.

Drive Discs that grant Jane Anomaly Proficiency increase her attack damage. Once her Anomaly Proficiency exceeds 120 points, each additional point increases her ATK by two, with a cap of 600, allowing her to deal even more damage in battle.

Her abilities focus on maximizing the damage she can deal in short bursts and taking advantage of her high build of physical anomalies. To optimize her performance, it's important to choose the right Drive Discs that fit her gameplay mechanics.

4-piece: When an EX Special Attack hits an enemy, the target's Anomaly Build RES on the equipper's attribute is reduced by 20% for 8 seconds. This effect does not stack with other effects of the same attribute.
Hormonpunk 2-piece: Increases ATK by 10%.

4-piece: When entering battle or switching in, the user's ATK is increased by 25% for 10 seconds. This effect can be triggered once every 20 seconds.
Buffer Electro 2-part: Increases the PEN ratio by 8%.

4-part: Ultimate damage is increased by 20%. Casting an ultimate increases the outfitter's ATK by 15% for 12 seconds.

To complement this set, you can combine it with either a 2-piece Freedom Blues for an Anomaly Proficiency boost or a 2-piece Hormone Punk to boost her Attack by 10%.

Alternatively, players who want to focus more on Jane Doe's penetration damage can also combine the 4-piece Fanged Metal with the 2-piece Puffer Electro. The additional penetration ratio damage provides additional penetration effects, allowing her to bypass defenses and deal greater attack damage.
