While it looked like the Bears were getting better with Justin Fields at quarterback last season, the organization decided to make a change and sent him to the Pittsburgh Steelers, allowing the team to sign 2022 Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams in this year's NFL Draft. With another talented dual-threat player coming to the team, some in the Windy City are hoping Williams is the solution to their problems, while others are worried the Bears are starting from scratch when they originally drafted Fields three years ago. But a win on Sunday and a decent performance from Williams will put many doubters to rest.

On the other hand, the Titans are having a bad year. Thanks to unfortunate injuries and a weak defense, Tennessee ended up in last place in the AFC South with a 6-11 record. To make matters worse, the team's star, Derrick Henry, left for the rival Baltimore Ravens. This raises many questions about the performance of the offense under the leadership of Will Levis, who took over as quarterback last year after Ryan Tannehill was injured.

The Titans have won seven of their 13 meetings against the Bears, including the last meeting in 2020.

MY CHOICE: Bears win, 21-15
